Day 2 - Sick, sick, sick!!!
I just want to feel better!!! UGH!!
Date: 4/2/2008 10:29:20 AM ( 16 y ) ... viewed 1260 times Day 2 (Tuesday) – Today was the worse. I feel like I have the flu and I am very, very cold today. I have the chills and am extremely exhausted.
7:00am – drank the saline wash. 2 BM’s before I left the house.
8:30am – began the lemonade. Made 2 BM’s during the day. The congestion is crazy!! I feel so sick! I just want to go home and lie down. I have a nasty coating on my tongue, like I have the flu, can’t taste and can’t smell. I think I am just getting a cold and am not sure if this is a direct effect from the detoxification. No hunger pangs today.
5:00pm – I am in the bed now. Didn’t take long to doze off. I woke up periodically to drink the last of the lemonade and water. I would say I drank about 40oz. of water today. Much less than my goal of 90oz. but I’ll step it up tomorrow. My lips are very dry.
10:45pm – drank my Senna tea. I had trouble going back to sleep. By midnight, I dozed off again. I made 2 BM’s during the night. Didn’t sleep great last night either.
I hope tomorrow is a better day! I just want to breathe!!
