day two

danger hour

It's 6:15 pm on day two... At the begining of a fast this is always the danger hour. There is always that little self sabbotaging voice that tries to talk me into eating on the first few days of a fast. I am not listening. I am writing here instead...
I have felt pretty good today. Just a little headache and that's all. I went for short walk today and I felt fine.
I will be happy to get through the rest of today and tomorrow because once I am past day three I always feel like I am out of danger of giving up.
