Day 2 - some visiable signs of water fast.

Still going strong - my face is starting to display a slight sunken in look around the cheek and chin areas...hands and face seems to be a bit more ashier than usual so I am keeping it lubricated with cocoa butter lotion...

I wish I had a scale to track the before weight & after weight but I don't so sorry I won't have that information...I will measure myself by how my clothes are fitting during each day.
