Days 10-13

First, let me add more to day nine because late in the evening more happened. I used the bathroom! It was not pretty but it certainly relieved some of the discomfort I had in my lower right stomach. I instantly felt better!
day 10
My husband and I were invited to a birthday party at the cheesecake factory. I went and was not even tempted. Everyone enjoyed steaks, pasta and salmon and I sipped on water..the hardest part was explaining why I did not eat. I was pretty tired.
day 11
I had some family emergency stuff going on so I was preoccupied and did not think about my symptoms much. The headaches are fewer my tongue is thick and coated, I have to brush all day! I took an Epsom salt and baking powder detox bath, I think it helped me sleep better
day 12
Wow it is Easter. I came home from cousins house and was greeted by tons and tons of food. One dish in particular was my favorite. The food looked good but I did not even think about breaking my fast. I have a slight acne flare up, which is very unusual, so I know for certain that the detox is expelling toxin. And, they say certain foods cause acne...funny.
day 13
I had a toss and turn sleep last night, when I woke up to use the bathroom, I felt drunk! I was so nauseous. My stomach hurt again, so I was expecting a bowel movement. Sure enough early this morning, after my first glass of water, I had to go. I can only say that the stuff that came out should not be in anyone's body! I imagine cancer looks similar to what I flushed! I called my husband in for a peek and he was grossed out...I actually look forward to these events. The interesting thing is that if I only fasted for seven days, I would have retained this gross matter! There is no way I am stopping before the 45 day...and then I am following up with a healing juice fast. I should mention that I am tired today. lifting my arms over my head is an effort! I know that my weight loss is dramatic because my clothes are baggy and finally a few people noticed. When your heavy to begin with, I guess it takes a while. Ill post pics eventually...take care
