I stayed up from 10am yesterday morning and went to sleep at 4:30am (EST) Woke up at 10:00am and was out the door for breakfast in less than 10 minutes. I didn't feel sleepy or lethargic. Only yawned once today. I've been using Spectrum Naturals Unpasteurized ACV (Organic Filtered) for the past couple of days. 2 Tbsp in 10 oz of water, 3 times a day.
