Day 1 Master Cleanse

About a year ago I went into a rehab center for treatment of alcohol abuse, and I have been sober ever since. For my one year anniversary of sobriety, I want to start fresh. I want to be able to rid all of the toxins in my body and feel great! After rehab, I started eating horrible. Lots of chocolate, chips, fast food, etc. and I feel this will help me eat better. Also, it doesn't hurt that you lose some weight while doing it, but that is not my major concern.
I slept in today until about noon. When I woke up, I decided to weigh myself. The scale read 160.4. That is the most I have weighed in my entire life! I am about 5'4, so that is definitely not a healthy weight for me. However, I do have a pretty muscular body type. I am thinking about taking before and after pictures to show my results. We will see about that though!
After weighing myself, I went into the kitchen and made my first SWF (Salt Water Flush). I mixed 32 ounces of warm distilled water with 2 teaspoons of sea salt. I drank the mixture at 12:05 PM. I have read a lot of peoples' stories, and everyone seems to complain about the SWF. However, I did not mind the taste. It was kind of hard to get done all 32 ounces, but I did it! Nothing happened for a few hours, so I decided to make another SWF. About an hour later I had several BMs.
I made the lemonade, and it is actually better than I thought. It tastes like regular lemonade, but a little spicy (because of the Cayenne Red Pepper). I think this can satisfy me. My husband made a steak for himself today, and the smell didn't even bother me.
