It is important to understand the tenants of health in order to live a full, enjoyable life without hindrances and maladies. Look around today - most people have not yet acquired this crucial understanding. Dis-ease rates are soaring and the majority are due to toxic lifestyles choices.
One of the most important tenants for physical health is air. You can live quite some time without food, days without water, yet only minutes without energy-giving air - It is our primary fuel source.
Todays air is laden with toxic compounds that were not present in past cultures. From poisonous building materials to toxic emissions given off from transportation, manufacturing, and other practices of a technological world.
Consider this: People in the heart (or even the outskirts) of a large, busy city inhale a host of deadly toxins with each breath. Car exhaust, product off-gasses, harsh chemical cleaners, aerosols, pesticide and lawn sprays are just the beginning of an endless laundry list of what can enter our lungs each moment. On top of that are various molds, dust particles, air-borne bacteria and more.
Living in a forest away from toxic activities lessens your total load, but it is important to note that residues of the deadly pesticide DDT have been discovered as far as Antarctica... just one example of the many man-made chemicals that have effectively blanketed and thus impacted the earth and its occupants.
Oxygen is energy. The quality of air you breathe determines your health and energy level, inside and out. Are you using chemicals to clean your home? Do you have carpet lain all over the house? Do you regularly test the air in your home for various molds that may be behind the walls? Do you live by the freeway, or a major industrial center?
To greatly improve your health, first and foremost reduce all toxic airborne exposures. Once you have completed this cleanup then you may invest in a strong, effective air filtration system to address any residual air quality issues. People with allergies or other respiratory issues find great relief once they have engaged in a toxic cleanup and have installed a filtration system within their home. By following through with this simple decision to clean up your air, the greater ratio of your total internal toxic load will reduce, and those striving to vastly improve their health will discover their wellness expanding.
Take a deep breath and choose cleaner air.
