DAY ONE

I started this cleanse this morning and was looking forward to it. I took the Sea Salt water this morning and it made me want to puke. I hate it...I still have that awful taste in my mouth. But hey i feel it working. I'm not feeling hungry yet so that's good. It's going to be tough but i'm also not going to quit just yet.
