Today was not easy. Around 1030pm, I endured 1 hr of sth quite formidable. The neck and head were burning hot and there were increased mucus secretions in my ears. There was mild itch all over the body. Rash has sprang out over the entire 4 limbs and this can be very uncomfortable. I thought I would die in that hour.

I was brave today again. I challenged myself to go out and run my errands. I completed 2 days' errands instead! I was proud of myself to dare to venture into public when I am normally self-conscious of the springing rash now. I was very tired though after travelling so much. Oh and while doing errands, I walked a lot too, which is great.

Please please. I pray all goes well with my recovery.
