Bowel Gas & Death by Eating
When I get anxious in certain Social Situations
I start eating unconsciousness. This is no
less that Death by Eating. I did some of that
last night. I am in Bowel Pain now, and had
some embarrassment last night at a gathering
from Bowel Gas.

I was warned.
I spent a day last week
more than six hours writing a Blog
about "Moderate Eating."
I did pretty well most of the four days
over Thanksgiving Holiday.
Yesterday, I blew it.
I was in a new Arena.
I was uncomfortable.
I was doing pretty well, and getting positive feedback.
My prayer was to be in sync with a new group of friends
and potential Sphere of Influence.
I was pleased with my eating,
but then late in the afternoon,
I blew it. I started to eat everything on the table.
That for me is to commit Food Suicide.
I brought some good food,
a plate of JR Organic Farm Fress Cucumbers and Squash
that I cut and placed on a bed of lettuce.
IT was the Freshest Food on the table of finger foods.
I ate some, but I went for some really Deadly Combinations.
I can trigger incredible Bowel Gas when I do something like that,
Bowel Gas worthy of Memories of Auschwitz, Bowel Gas enough to
Clear a Room.
Then, I had to take numbers of trips to the Bathroom to deal with
bowel discomfort.
I got off pretty ease, but this is not a Pattern to Continue
if I want to fit into the New Circle of Friends that appear to be
forming.
