Going Simple: My body is calling for attention
body sensations are now
a factor in how much I can do for the
Pacific Symposium '07.

Lying in bed long after I awake
I am doing a review of imcompletes
that sadden and shame me.
They are due to my style of creation
that is taken up with the excitement
of ideas that fill my mind, and then
putting in as much energy into the project
as I can.
I cannot say what causes the imcomplete--
why I do not stay with the project until it is completely marketed.
Right now, I am starting to get tinkles down my legs.
shooting pains have reocurred from working as hard as I can
on things for the Pacific Symposium 07.
There is this week to produce, and then a few days next
week to handle details of set up.
Meanwhile, I surrendered yesterday
the stiffness in my left hand.
I went to Nuva Yeetah,
the Ayurvedic master up in Encinitas.
There is stiffness in my lower back now I can feel.
This is likely the source of the tinkling down my legs.
My urine is very dark.
Is this from the Ayurvedic herbs?
Is this from not drinking enough water?
My body has to be factored in now
as a primary concern in preparation
for this Enchanted Garden Installation.
I am feeling limited in the amount of hours
I will be able to sit.
I cannot overextend.
I am forced to go simple now.
I want to go in to the Pacific College today
and get an acupuncture treatment.
I have been feeling a completing need
to go simple for months.
Now the project that I am working on
is this Portable Mini Enchanted Garden,
various pots of authentic growth of new seeds.
I am receiving great inspiration from these buckets
of new growth, that is seems are becoming a centerpiece
of the Enchanted Garden Installation.
I am very concerned with how much I can do now.
I bought the Castor Oil last night.
I was told to soak my hands.
I was too tired to do that last night.
I better go do that now.

I have not received the paper yet from Rhimax.
I wanted to print on this paper for the event.
I better can Ryan to check on its arrival,
or make a back up plan.
There is a earth color paper at Kinko's.
I have a very sheets of it.
There is laundry on the line to bring in,
and the pots to water.
I feel the tingles in my lower legs around my feet.
