My feeding frenzy has calmed down.
I continue to heal, Multiple food intolerances still much less.

Cats are fine and dandy. Happy as larry. Cool as a cucumber. Fit as a fiddle. Top cats. They remain uber healthy lean mean killing machines, terminator cats.
I ran out of raw meat to feed them this morning. When I came back at 11am to feed them, they had already fed themselves! My lawn was covered feathers!
Me update:
My weight has stabilised at around 63kg (138 pounds) which is up about 1 stone (7kg) in 6 weeks. I have some meat on me now, a little bit of fat. I am no longer cold all the time. I have gone up 1 notch on my belt and I have grown out of one pair of trousers.
This may sound mundane to you, maybe you r trying to lose weight, but this is like a bloody miracle for me. I remain overjoyed at the turnaround and change. The difference in me is like day and night.
Don’t forget I am 6foot 1in, and I was almost zero body fat, a lean mean skinny machine.
I remain hungry and I still eat a lot more than I did, but the headlong rush and feeding frenzy has calmed down. When the food intolerances first disappeared all my body wanted to do was re-fuel and gain as much weight as possible as quickly as possible.
I was tested for soya and I am also fine to eat that now, if I choose. However after learning about soya I will avoid it.
All my other intolerance remain disappeared. Which means I am still fine to eat and a host of other foods.
I still cannot handle any dairy products, chemicals like MSG are out so no Chinese food for me! I cannot handle sulphur foods either which is due to being poisoned by the fillings in my teeth. Amalgams! 50pct mercury. Nasty business dentistry.
“How does he know he doesn’t have “hidden intolerances”?” I hear you cry! Because, before they disappeared if I ate one teeny tiny mouthful of any of the above I would be sick for 5-10 days. I was what they call a “universal-reactor.” I used to have a real bad flare up of symptoms and they are not longer with me! Hallelujah!
The reason my weight has stabilised is because I am having my amalgams fillings removed at the moment, one quadrant at a time. Each removal gives me a nice little exposure of mercury and a nice addition to my mercury body burden. So I get sick for 3-4 days per week for about 3 weeks after each visit to the dentist. Nasty really, but they must be removed if I ever what to get completely better. No pain, no gain.
Still a long way to go, but I have turned the corner and no doubt about it. Removal of the cat toxin was the straw that broke my camels back, but I still have much to learn and many toxins to remove.
There will soon be light at the end of the tunnel for me to see, I’m pretty sure it's just around the next corner……………..
