Day 1- measurements and goals
Day 1! Here is my plan outline, measurements and goals.

This is day one of my weight loss chronicles! I have a trip to Panama rapidly approaching in January and I have dreams of me in a white bikini laying on the beach. A few months later I have my fitting for my organic cotton/hemp wedding dress, which in my mind, is a slim size 6 with room to spare.
The Plan:
5 small meals a day
-unlimited veggies(raw or cooked) and low sugar fruit
-1 serving of whole grains a day
-1 serving of raw dairy a day
-3 to 4 servings of Protein a day
-fermented foods
-35 grams of fiber a day
-lots o'water
-lots o' herbal tea
No Thankyou:
-Fried Food (even sweet potato fries!)
-Sugar,Dairy,Processed Grains
-excessive wholegrains
Supplements:
-Fiber 3 Scoops a day(renewlife fiber)
-Abs+ (CLA and Green Tea)
-Omega 3 Oil
-IC3 (estrosense)
-zinc,b-50,VitD
-Greens+ daily detox powder
-Natren Healthy Trinity Probiotics
Starting Weight:
Weight: 155.6 Height:5'10
Body Fat: 25.1%

Body Fat 20%

Exercise Plan-
-Yoga 2X a week
-Weights 2X a week
-Cardio 4X a week
Also, plenty of walking,running,dancing and working!
