Day #1 sw: 265lbs.
Day #1, loss of 2lbs
Date: 9/24/2007 4:53:08 PM ( 17 y ) ... viewed 1730 times Okay, so I woke up as usual around 8:30am. No wake-ups during the night to run to the bathroom. First things first, I drank the Smooth Move tea. Made my first lemonade about 10am, doesn't taste as bad as it smells I can say that much. (well besides the fact I put too much cayenne in it, WOW) I still need to get the sea salt, so I can begin the SWF. By 5pm I've drank 3 lemonades, probably should've drank one more before this time, but I'll still get in my 6 glasses. I was a bit hungry a little while ago, but drank a lemonade, and no longer have the cravings. Also, I did almost an hour of Pilates this afternoon too. Little excersize never hurt anyone. Went to bathroom about 4 times today.
So, my starting weight for this is (and yes I know, I'm fat) is 265. I want to stay on this diet as long as possible, maybe until Thanksgiving or so. that gives me about 60days. I know I wont be able to stay on it that long, so I might have a day or two of a rest and some veggies and fruit, and get right back on it. again, I dont know if that's a good thing to do or not.
