I think I understand
these changes that are happening with our blogs
Date: 9/21/2007 6:16:12 PM ( 18 y ) ... viewed 2073 times I was reading Spirit's message on the Webmaster Support forum about connecting blogs and forums for the purpose of increasing visibility and readership of blogs. Sounds well-intentioned.
But perhaps some of us bloggers rather liked our obscurity. Well, it hasn't really seemed like obscurity to me, as the numbers seem to indicate lots of visitors to my blog. I don't do it for popularity anyway, but rather simply because I enjoy doing it, if that makes any sense. I'm amazed that people read my blog, and appreciate the readership very much, and also appreciate this CureZone website for allowing the blogs to exist here.
I've usually shied away from most CZ forums because of arguments and a perceived sense of adversity there. But just as in real life, I suppose, that kind of dialogue draws attention and is popular...go figure it?
I'm just not sure if I as a blogger want that sort of attention.
Don't get me wrong...I love Curezone and our webmaster and the other people who moderate and otherwise spend time attending to the volumes of words written herein. I love being able to search and find answers to health questions here that I cannot get satisfactory answers for from the world of allopathy.
Whatever happens, I'm sure it will be ok in the end. Just gotta have faith...
Enjoy your weekend, everyone!
