Today I woke up with a sore throat!!! Aboooo.... Not sure if its because everyone around me is sick or if its detox. I had a vitamin C IV this week from my lovely M.D. (yes, M.D.’s can be GOOD!)and I tried hyper baric oxygen for the first time.
