A 43 year old female, I weigh 230 and have atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter. I am trying desperately to get back control of my life and health with diet and lifestyle. Although I've been on Dr. McDougall's vegan low-fat diet for over a month now and have lost 16 pounds, I've hit a plateau. I haven't lost weight in two weeks! I'm hoping this cleanse will cure me of some food obsessions, cleanse my bowels, detoxify my body, and give me renewed zest for life.
