A 43 year old female, I weigh 230 and have atrial fibrillation and atrial flutter. I am trying desperately to get back control of my life and health with diet and lifestyle. Although I've been on Dr. McDougall's vegan low-fat diet for over a month now and have lost 16 pounds, I've hit a plateau. I haven't lost weight in two weeks! I'm hoping this cleanse will cure me of some food obsessions, cleanse my bowels, detoxify my body, and give me renewed zest for life. Losing some weight and leaving the weight loss plateau behind would be nice too!… more...
