Michael Bedar and
Martina Hill were here in route
to the Modern Essene Gathering
in Patagonia, Az.
They slept over.
We did some rituals this morning before they left.
It was a sweet drizzle,
very Essene, very unlike July in San Diego.

Morea Garcia is the best natural body healer I know.
I have known her for more than 20 years.
She was at my side when I went I prepared
to go into Hip Revisions at Thornton Hospital,
part of the UCSD network in San DIego.
I had hip revisons in 2001 and 2002.
Morea Garcia works the Hillcrest Farmers Market
on Sundays in San Diego, 9-2 pm.
She works with me in the Enchanted Garden
Installation at the Pacific Symposium each year.
She will be there at the Pacific Symposium 2010
in early November.

My life is set up that I can
work to my max to do one full time job
that basically is all I can do, nearly well
to make ends meet.
Then, I have another full time job on top of this.
I went home out today to acupuncture.
All the slots in my head were full.
Then I had some fresh inspirations.
I wanted to come home
a deal with a box of old audio tapes.
I thought these could do to the PCOM Clinic.
They are music tapes from the 80’s and 90’s before
CD’s came in.

Bambooies on the horizon.
I want to get some to the PCOM
Pediatric doctors in training.
Diaper rash is one of the conditions
that the bamboo diapers can remedy.
Millions of diapers end up in the landfills.
These will be biodegradable.
I want to check on compostable.
They are here the first week in August.
I hope Tony Tracy is ready to
get some of the new product out soon.

Healing communications yesterday.
I was not feeling well
all day.
Had the 2011 Food Justice Conference
Planning Committee here
in our backyard 7-9 pm.
Enough of the chairs were filled
in our Sacred Circle area.
What would we have done if more people showed up?
The circle holds about 14.
