I just found files contaning information on each
in a Box I am going through in the Basement.
I deeply moved by each.
Charlie Chaplin is a lifelong hero of mine.

Dr. Bernard Jensen was talking a lot about Charlie duirng the
first years when I arrived at the HIdden Valley Health Ranch.

The last of the really dirty boxes are out from the shelves
near Anna’s clothes.
These are boxes from the 70’s, 80’s, even some 60’s tapes.
Now this is a journey.
I see a whole box, not cared for well,
of Dr. Bernard Jensen materials.
These are rough pages in folders.
Here are some articles on Charlie Smith.
This is from 1977--check that.
Dr was writing about the Old Men then.
Charlie was an anonomaly.
He smoked for 118 years. He drank too.

I finally broke free of other commitments.
I spent from around 1 yesterday to late into the evening
working with materials from the basement.
I will be working on these materials all day wednesday,
most of Thursday, and Friday. Likely part of Saturday.
This is definitely what I call the Great Earth Cleanup.
I am standing outside near the healing area
under some shaded trees.
Yesterday, Chef Jem Volunteered more than an hour
taking things up to the Recycling.
Then Paris came down and talked and played some music.

Ariella Ford, Brian Hilliard (husband),

August 24. Gary Seidler gave her a big hug and his
luck changed for the better, he reported.

Spent time with Arielle Ford, Brian Hilliard, nephew Josh, and Gary Sunday at the races.
Arielle is a friend of Gary Seidler. His friends get together
once a year for a Reunion when he comes to Del Mar.

in January 0f 09.

around 9:30 AM reminds me
I have scheduled a meeting with Chef Jem and Scott.
We begin with each of us Checking In.
We meet down at the Boxes,
the Boxes where I worked Wednesday and Thursday
with Scorpio.
I left things in disarray at the end of the day,
just sort of covered things with Rhimax sheets
of Durable Recycled Organic Thick Paper.
Yesterday was a wash.

Feeling slammed and unnervered with too much to do.
It would help if I could find refills for the 3M facemask
that I used last season in basement and cleanup at my father’s house.
It needs refills.
I am feeling a bit impacted from the unclean air and dust
working with boxes, even outside!
I am very tired, borderline headache.
I would like to go into the basement to figure out what size plastic box fits.
No help today with cleanup.
Worked finances this morning.
Discouraging....a few deposits...taking a lot of time.
