Three weeks later
It has been about three weeks since I completed my first Master Cleanse. I made it ten days, without much education on the subject other than reading what I’ve come to term ”The Yellow Book”. I discovered Curezone on Day 4 and quickly became overwhelmed with the information regarding parasite and liver cleanses that I should have been doing as well. My first Master Cleanse
Day 1: I prepared last night by drinking the laxative tea. I expected to wake up with an upset stomach during the night but didn’t. I also bought the wrong kind of sea salt so I didn’t get to start off the day with the salt water internal bath. I drank two 30 oz nalgenes of the juice today. Each nalgene holds three servings, so its easier to make it up that way. I put extra syrup in the first one cause I’m worried about dropping weight but it tasted weird.
