7:00 am: wake up
7:30 take Indium (first thing in mouth after water rinse)
8:30 barley max
10:00 frozen fig, mango smoothie
11:30 made new batches of Choko-No-Late - Flavors: English Toffee, Milk Chocolate, Creamy Vanilla, Valencia Orange.
2:00 -5:30 ate about 3 oz of Choko--No-Late, another cup of smoothie
5:36 - juice of young coconut
6:30 - strawberry smoothie
7:00 - brocolli cream soup... ???
8:00 - sungaze
9:00 - strawberry smooth
9:30 - Choko
10:30 12 oz. apple-cider-vinegar:lemon juice:olive oil, with cayene and concentrated ... read more

Are you up for it?
1. Oil Pulling for 30 days - I was on Day 4 until this morning.
2. Indium, first thing in the morning - Day 5
3. Barley Max everyday, first thing in the stomach - Day 2, (I broke a 20+ days string yesterday by having coconut juice first)

Cheating on the Challenge
I’m on day 7, and i admit it, I’ve cheated several times in the first six days.
But that’s OK. I would say my success rate has been about 95% everyday.
Yesterday, I tasted some cooked mushrooms... yummy! But I didn’t swallow... lol.
Today, I picked and ate a fresh fig, right off the tree.
Still eating lots and lots of choco-no-late.
Weighing in at around 150 lbs.

Eat only chocolate, smoothies and juice diet
I’m on day 5 of a 30-Day challenge.
The challenge is eat only Choco-No-Late, smoothies and juice for 30 days.
I’ve actually survived a week-end at my relatives where they eat the standard cooked diet... and successfully stayed on my diet.
By far, this has got to be the yummiest diet I’ve ever been on. What a life... eating chocolate as much as I enjoy, and having blended smoothies and juice... yummy, yum, yum!
Gonna begin posting my Choko-no-late and smoothie recipes.
