How Love, Fear, Faith and Understanding Work Together 18 y
People often ask, “How do I get rid of my fears?” It is either that or something similar to that. Fortunately, the answer is very simple.
People often ask, “How do I get rid of my fears?” It is either that or something similar to that. Fortunately, the answer is very simple. Once you get into the answer, everything becomes very simple, and fear lets go just like that! Let us have a look now...
We will start by looking at these four things and their opposites.
Love comes from within. The opposite of love is no love. Often, people have said that the opposite of love is fear, and in an abstract way that is correct. It is correct because, generally, you tend to have either one or the other. When fear is absent, you feel th ... read more

The video takes you to both places by zooming out at 10 times 10 meters every 10 seconds until the universe is visible, then inside the human body. visit the page
Animal Blessings--part 2 18 y
More quotations about animal blessings
If all the beasts were gone, men would die from a great loneliness of spirit, for whatever happens to the beasts also happens to the man. All things are connected. Whatever befalls the Earth befalls the sons of the Earth. -- Chief Seattle of the Suwamish Tribe, letter to President Franklin Pierce
He who is cruel to animals becomes hard also in his dealings with men. We can judge the heart of a man by his treatment of animals. -- Immanuel Kant
I ask people why they have deer heads on their walls. They always say because it’s such a beautiful animal. There you go. I think my mother ... read more

The Power of Love 18 y
A message from Paul Ferrini
The healing power of love does not belong to any religion.
It is not Christian, or Jewish, or Buddhist or Hindu.
It is not exclusive or protective of itself.
It spontaneously opens to bless, surround and inspire any human being
who is ready to give it and receive it.
Your willingness to feel this energy of unconditional love in and around you
will transform your life and the lives of the people you know.
It will speed up the vibration of your life
and at the same time slow down your mental activity
so that you feel bliss you have never felt before.
It will be as if you are ri ... read more
Everything Produces in Kind 18 y
The power of thoughts and the law of attraction
Today we would like to notice a very simple, universal yet hardly noticed principle of life. Noticing this will dramatically improve your life in all areas and situations - relationships, health, career, business, politics, sports - all areas of your life. Sometimes the simplest of things are the most powerful yet least understood. Let us look at one such simplicity. Here it is:
Everything produces in kind.
An orange seed produces orange trees, which produce oranges. This you can count on.
A frog gives birth to frogs. This you can count on.
Water evaporates into steam. This you ... read more
How Anyone Can Become A Millionaire No Matter Who Or Where They Are In Life 18 y
Why is it only a few people who seem to get wealthy and financially free, and why is it that the knowledge they seem to have appears to be so elusive? The answer is simple.
Article extracted from the book ”This Book Will Finally And Certainly Get You Rich No Matter Who Or Where You Are, Now, Guaranteed” by David Cameron (www.imagesofone.com).
We live in a culture where the cultural story tells us, ”Go to school so that you can get a job so that you can make money. And after working for forty years you can retire and live well.” It is the cultural story, we are told it by our parents, friends, teachers, government . But how true is it today? The evidence on the ground shows us that work does not necessarily equal wealth. Most people are not wealthy; they ... read more

Insulin and Its Metabolic Effects--part 4 18 y
By Ron Rosedale, M.D.
Can Insulin Sensitivity Be Restored?
Insulin sensitivity can be restored to its original state, well, perhaps not to its original state, but you can restore it to the state of about a 10-year-old.
One of my first experiences with this, I had a patient who literally had sugars over 300. He was taking over 200 units of insulin, and he was a bad cardiovascular patient, so I put him on a low-carbohydrate diet.
He was an exceptional case, after one month to six weeks he was totally off of insulin. He had been on over 200 units of insulin for 25 years. He was so insulin resistant, but o ... read more
Insulin and Its Metabolic Effects--part 3 18 y

Harmful Effects of Sugar
We know sugar increases insulin, but even by itself sugar is bad for you. You can divide aging into basically two major categories, one being genetic causes of aging. Cells have a limited capacity to divide, but normally we don’t reach that capacity. The more rapidly you make cells divide, the more rapidly they age.
One of the effects of insulin is to stimulate cellular proliferation and division. So we know that it increases the rate of aging of a cell population by that alone. But to get to the other category, our cells accumulate damage with age and we can ... read more
Insulin and Its Metabolic Effects--part 2 18 y
Presented at Designs for Health Institute's BoulderFest August 1999 Seminar
By Ron Rosedale, M.D.
Intracellular magnesium relaxes muscles. What happens when you can’t store magnesium because the cell is resistant? You lose magnesium and your blood vessels constrict.
This causes an increase in blood pressure and a reduction in energy since intracellular magnesium is required for all energy producing reactions that take place in the cell.
But most importantly, magnesium is also necessary for the action of insulin and the manufacture of insulin. When you raise your insulin, you lose magnesium, and the cells become even more insulin resistant. Blood vessels c ... read more

Case Histories
By-Pass Surgery
First, let’s talk about a couple of case histories. These are actual patients that I’ve seen; let’s start with patient A. This patient saw me one afternoon and said that he had literally just signed himself out of the hospital ”AMA,” or against medical advice. Like in the movies, he had ripped out his IVs.
The next day he was scheduled to have his second by-pass surgery. He had been told that if he did not follow through with this surgery, within two weeks he would be dead. He couldn’t even walk from the car to the office without severe chest pain.

Karma Management 18 y
The study of karma is effectively approached in a three-step process: 1) dispelling common misconceptions about karma; 2) acquiring a correct intellectual understanding of karma's key concepts; 3) managing your own karma by utilizing the correct understanding of karma to refine your actions and reactions in life.

The concept of karma has spread beyond the confines of the Asian religions that conceived it to become a core concept of today’s yoga and New Age movements. It is now mentioned regularly on American mainstream television programs and in the movies. Last year in discussing the concept with a junior college class in Hawaii, a student expressed contemporary culture’s astute definition of karma as "What goes around comes around." Unfortunately, most individuals’ understanding of karma is at best limi ... read more
Dealing with Self-Hatred 18 y
What you really feel about yourself on the inside powers what you will attract to yourself in your life.

The sensed presence and romantic love 18 y
Love is an example of the self/other relationship. Even though it's really about ourselves, we experience it as being to do with another person. "All other conditions being equal, the more intuitive and spontaneous a person is, the lower their self esteem will be."

Love is an example of the self/other relationship. Even though it’s really about ourselves, we experience it as being to do with another person. To see more deeply into it, we need to look at the experience of ’the other’ more deeply.
There hasn’t been a lot of research on the subject. There are many studies that have yielded interesting statistics about how being in love affects academic performance, how it affects the immune system, how it influences the perceived quality of life, and a range of other findings. But the experience itself remains elusive, ... read more
