day 3 looking good
Well, I woke up feeling pretty good this morning. I pretty much crashed as soon as I got home from work yesterday and so I took about an hour nap. I got really hungry yesterday after I woke up, but I did not give in. So, that is a good thing. I am trying not to weigh myself but every few days, even though I was dying to get on the scale this morning and see if any was gone.
So here I am at day three, adn while I am feeling fairly positive this morning, I have a feeling that today may be a difficult one, but I am ready for it. I am desperate to get this weight off, and keep it off. ... read more

day 2 of strictly water fast and highly motivated
Well, I knew I had gained a considerable amount of weight. And although there are many things in my life that have contributed to that in the last two years, I will make any excuses. I have simply lost control of my eating, using food for comfort and companionship. When I weighed in yesterday 6/13/2006, I weighed in at a hefty 207 pounds. I am in a size 16 and I am only 5’5”.
