Planning on Quitting Smoking! 18 y
The longest I have ever quit for was for 2 months. Smoking has lots of associations for me, but it's not something that I want to do anymore, yet it is so much a part of me, like eating and sleeping, that I wonder how life will be long term without it.
OK! Here I am :-)
My plan is to quit smoking on the next New Moon, taking place in the UK at 5.06am on Sunday 25th June (Have ammended date to a month ahead, as the few days around the following new moon look stressful).
I have smoked since I was 14/15. I am now 43. The longest I have ever quit for was for 2 months. Smoking has lots of associations for me, but it’s not something that I want to do anymore, yet it is so much a part of me, like eating and sleeping, that I wonder how life will be long term without it.
OK, what are my aids?
