day1 liquid fast 18 y
hi all i'm starting my juice fast today .its a 30 day fast .my current weight is 82.5 kilos/181 lbs.had coffee this morning.i pray to god to give me inner strength to maintain the fast.will come back again tomorrow.any comments will be accepted . looking forward to read other meassages.
