Today is the first day of my fast and I am going well! Have had 2 juices- one a pineapple with green tea and a bit of melon, and the second was a wildberry juice. I did a 55mins aerobics class so I feel good today. So I bought some fat blaster tablets and going to see how they go...i need some fibre so these hopefuly will help with that. And I am going to start taking the flaxseed oil tomorrow also. Wish me luck!   visit the page
