last day of food 19 y
last day of food, only for 10 days though, THATS NOTHING
so tomorrow morning I will start...
going out to buy my stuff today (lemons, tea, syrup)
kind of excited to feel empty, and energetic.
not excited about the headaches... i think i got some pretty brutal ones the first time.

not sure what goes here, but this entry is me talking about starting my 10 day fast.
So I am going to start on tuesday... I think that I am ready, I am really excited to start, and have been emptying my fridge. Want it to be empty so that when I am just at home I am not tempted to eat anything.
Little nervous about the SWF but I know how good it feels to have DONE it and i know how good it is for me. I hate the whole explanation part, when people notice me not eating, and i have to either lie or hope that they aren’t going to jump down my throat about their opinion on my health and choices.
