Already a challenge this morning- to my nerves. Daughter and I are back from 2 weeks visiting my family, and daddy can’t seem to get himself up to get ready for work on time. It’s my responsibility??? How did he get himself up while we were away?- Oh, yeah, by using 1 of 2 alarm clocks!!!! Anyway, I’m over it, I just want to pull up a chair and sit in his head sometimes, but I’m sure a lot of us mothers/women would like to do that.... I’m still motivated to complete my cleanse. Tomorrow. I am determined and motivated to make it through a 32 day fast/cleanse. I’ve tried it several times, only to make it through one entire day. It is true that you have to feel a calling for it, that you can’t just say ”I’ll do it.” It is all mind over matter. I expect tough days, to struggle with my willpower, to question myself,but I am stronger than the challenges I may face. I will focus on each day , one at a time- not worrying about tomorrow.
