Okay I needed a form or blog to be able to babble my woes during this Sojourn of Juice and water fasting. I accomplished a 7 day water fast a couple of weeks ago to end it horribly due to my lack of will power and staying at friends homes. Well I won’t give up, I need to try, try again. I have been eating about 95% raw vegan food for about 5 days to prepare for this journey. Last time I binged on GOBS of ”crapulence” before fasting....probably didn’t aid to detoxing.
