Decided need to fast 10 y
Would like to fast around 30 days but taking it one day at a time.
Decided it would probably be better for me if I fast since I am not completely over my food addiction/caffeine addiction. One long fast should do the trick because I am half way there already.
I was doing good but today had some junk. Only having watermelon this afternoon then fasting starts.

Indecisive about if I should do a long water fast or eat low fat vegan and start jogging.
So these past few days I have been eating low fat vegan, but not jogging because I am having trouble sleeping at night, then I’m tired all day.
I keep having a lot of nightmares, maybe it’s from my body detoxing, but it wakes me up every few hours and it’s been hard for me to get a decent long nights sleep. I can only stay asleep for 1-3 hours at a time and wake up.
Haven’t weighed myself but my stomach is bloated from this cabbage soup thing I have been eating for the past 2 days. I hate wasting food, but thinking of freezing the left overs and some cherries I just bought, and starting ... read more

Not sure how long to fast but aiming for long one.
Age: 35, female
Waist: 42 inches
Jean size: 14
Hoping fast will help reduce stretch marks, any loose skin, large pores, scars. Will be interesting to see if it does.
Following plant based diet afterwards, probably a low fat raw diet, but not sure.
