I survived Day 2!! 14 y
-6 Pounds..
Welcome back!!
I woke up on the morning of day 2 & I could hardly move my head, it was the most horrible feeling in the world.
I barely managed to drag myself to school,
but I eventually made it.
I took a nap in the middle off class for about 30 minutes..
I came back home & slept all night, a horrible thing to do since
I have all off these deadlines approaching.
All of this sounds horrible, but this morning, on the morning of day 3 , I feel 100% better!
So I now consider that this was all worth it!
So, the detox on day 2 was horrible, but it’s all over for now.

Easy day!
I have done this cleanse with great success many times before.
The longest that I have ever done it for before has been 18 days.
I am now pushing that limit to 21 days, so 3 more days, which is highly doable.
That will give me ample time for re-feading before I actually take off on my trip.
The hardest part for me has always been to actually get started on this cleansing journey,
so I started yesterday, and I did complete my first day,
So I officially started!!
Day 1 was easy, no complaints.
I did only water for my first day.

Going off to Tropical Paradise on February 24th 2010.
Weight Goal: 135 pounds. (-29 pounds)
Days to go: 26 days.
