What is being tracked
So, just so we all know, this is what I'll be tracking every day:
BGL (Blood glucose level)
Weight
and of course, the usual "How I feel" and such.
Once a week:
BGL
Weight
BMI evaluation

Plan of action -- fast to start within the week!
Well, what a day to start planning this...It's Wednesday, 3 AM. On Thursday I have my EMR final...oh boy!

Add Blog To Your Favorites! Starting a juice fast! I've fasted quite a bit before, but never had a good juicer, so have had to either water fast or use non-fresh juices. Now I have a beautiful Breville juicer, and I'm really excited to start! I know what I'm up against -- highs and lows -- and have never really shared the experience with anyone. I'm hoping this will be a motivator as well, as I always gain a LOT from a fast (in knowledge and experience, that is!)
