Diet pills

My throat has been quite dry even drinking a lot of water for some reason.
My stomach hurts a little, but not in a painful way.
Feels like I have a small constipation.

Day 2
I ate the pill this morning, did not feel any different.
I had a short boost of energy the entire day and was very jumpy.
My appetite has decreased a bit.
No major bowel movement.
