IBS/ Gastritis 19 y
What works. What doesn't
Well,
In 1990 I was diagnosed with IBS and Gastritis by an MD. At that time I took many meds including but not limited to; Levsin, Prilosec, ones that were supposed to coat the lining of the stomach, I forget the names. And more. I had two gastrosopies, the first showed bleeding in the lining of the stomach as if sandpaper had been taken too it. The second showed nothing and appeared healthy.
Looking back I think my IBS and Gastritis were with me all along and showed up then as I was a freshman in HS and my grandmother(who I was very close to) died.

my current health issues
My health problems.
IBS and Gastritis
Epstien Barr Virus
Allergies
Asthma
Mercury
Aluminum
Migraines
Mycomplasma in blood
Candida (not sure, but being treated for it with nystatin)
High Cholesterol
Past issues
Double knee surgery
toncilectomy
2 car accidents
2 babies 13 months apart (currently 2.5 and 1.5)
Diet- currently trying to go no sugar, and eat more if not all organic. Adding Different items into diet to help with different health issues. Will post more in another post.
Exercise- has been nearly non-existant lately. Started bike riding two days ago.
