new plan 17 y
fast over
hubby convinced me to abort the fast.
here is the new plan.
both of us will fast together every monday, wednesday and saturday.
lets see how it goes.
tomorrow we will fast as we are going somewhere on saturday.

i have already fasted for 24 hours!
ok now logistics
saturday is a birthday party
sunday is dinner in our house
so
i will make it a 3 day fast.
then have these 2 days break
and start on 4 days fast on monday
as again on 14th the friday there is a party.
after that may be i can go for a longish fast.
sounds good enough.
