Finally, Day 1 is here!
So, i was suppose to start my detox about 3 days ago. Well, I was being typical me and making excuses on why to put it off for another day. Excuses like, I have a wedding to go to or I made coffee plans with a friend. My true weakness is Starbucks. My drink of choice is a Venti Non Fat White Chocolate Mocha. YUM! I love them and I have been getting them everyday for years. It is the one part of the day that I cherish most. I look forward to each and every trip to the drive thru window. I sip on it for hours. The bulid-Up
Ok, I am starting my Cleanse tomorrow, June 21st. I successfully completed 18 days of the Master Cleanser this past December. I lost 14 lbs but gained it all back within a few weeks. So, this is definitely not a weight loss adventure. I will love the few days of feeling super skinny.
My goal of Round 2 is to come off the the cleanse correctly. When I did the cleanse in December I immediately started eating everything. NOT A GOOD IDEA!
