I love you as you are, as you seek to find your own special way to relate to the world, or the way you feel that is right for you. It is important that you are the person you want to be and not someone that I or others think you should be.

Time and Love 17 y
Once upon a time, there was an island where all the feelings lived: Happiness, Sadness, Knowledge, and all of the others, including Love.
One day it was announced to the feelings that the island would sink, so all constructed boats and left. Except for Love.

Imagine Spirit Within and Without - A Meditation 17 y
Through imagination you are reaching to a point where, by your conscious effort, you are destroying the structures of the intellect, the patterns of the intellect. You feel that there is no matter, only energy, only spirit, within and without.
Osho: Excerpted from The Book of Secrets
First you must understand what imagination is. It is condemned very much nowadays. The moment you hear the word "imagine' you will say this is useless, w... read more
5 BIG Questions 17 y

Which Thought FEELS Better? 17 y
This exercise gives you a little taste into the mind-body connection and shows you how your thoughts can seriously impact the way your body responds.
Here is an exercise I learnt from Abraham about raising one’s vibration when feeling negative. I’ve used it myself on many occasions and find it extremely useful. I typed the following out for clients to use at home and thought I’d post it here for the benefit of those who’d like to try it too.
Which Thought Feels Better?
(When something negative happens and you want to raise your vibration quickly)
•Being sensitive to how your thoughts feel in the present moment
•When faced with a decision and want to know which way to go
•Identify the vibrational frequency of your current though ... read more
This Storm will Pass 17 y
Do you remember a storm that seemed it would never end, a night of darkness so deep and impenetrable that you wondered how you could possibly survive to see another day? Do you remember times when you felt alone and bereft, no one to turn to, and your faith seemed out of reach?
Carrie Hart

And yet, the storm passed. It ended. And yet, the dawn came up over the mountains and the darkness gave way to a sky of shimmering pink, then blue, and faith was restored as the roses lifted their lovely heads to the sun.
The sun always shines, even when it appears dark. The storm always ends, even when it appears endless. And the rains from the sky are blessings to the ground below. The very storm that frightened you sustains love in the great stretch and reach of time.
Everything moves and changes, yet this remains true: love is. ... read more

A study has recently been concluded at the UC Davis and the Mississippi University for Women in which the value of ’gratitude’ was tested as a help to patients who had recently undergone a transplant operation.
What they found was that patients who practiced gratitude faired a lot better than their counterparts, particularly in the areas of vitality, mental health and general health.
Professor Robert Emmons from UC Davis, and Stephanie Ivie and coworker Stefanie Greiner from the Mississippi University for Women facilitated the study of 12 female and 4 male recipients of body organs. ... read more
The Rose Within 17 y
A certain man planted a rose and watered it faithfully and before it blossomed, he examined it.
He saw the bud that would soon blossom, but noticed thorns upon the stem and he thought, ”How can any beautiful flower come from a plant burdened with so many sharp thorns? Saddened by this thought, he neglected to water the rose, and just before it was ready to bloom... it died.
So it is with many people. Within every soul there is a rose. The God-like qualities planted in us at birth, grow amid the thorns of our faults. Many of us look at ourselves and see only the thorns, the defects.
We despair, thinking that nothing good can possibly come from us. We neglect to water the good wi ... read more
Freedom's just another word for ... Love 17 y
I give as much freedom to my beloved as I possibly can. So often, though, I put myself into an uncomfortable situation where I get hurt. Does this mean I don’t love myself so much, and that’s why I put myself second?
OSHO
It may be much more complicated than you think.
First, the very idea that you give freedom to your beloved is wrong. Who are you to give freedom to your beloved? You can love, and your love implies freedom. It is not something that has to be given. If it has to be given, then there will be the problems that you are facing.
So in the first place you are doing something wrong. You really don’t want to give freedom; you would love that no such situation arises in which you have to give freedom. But you have heard me saying again and again that love gives freedom, so you force yo ... read more
