8:00 AM Today is day one of what I decided would be a 40-day juice and water fast. My husband is away for a month, so it’s a good time to take time just for me - something I don’t do enough of! Weighed in this morning at 208-1/2 pounds at 5 feet 4 inches tall, but this is about more than weight. It’s about cleansing my body and my spirit.
