Going going going 16 y
Fasting from noon
Woke up before 8 am this january 1st and rode bike to the ocean with a mask on. Lots of drunk people on the way. Met my friend and we rode to the beach. We got naked and jumped in the cold waters. It was very refreshing. Had a nice talk and we decided to meet in Iceland on the summer. To camp and bike around...a worthy goal...I am flat broke and thats one the main reasons I want to take this challenge. D-Day coming soon
Yeah I am looking forward to begin this journey. I would like to start drinking my juices right now but January 1st is a more dramatic date to begin...such a gnarly lifestyle change!. Today I biked and skated and felt good but eating dinner took away that light, clean feeling.
I am part scared and part excited. I have plenty juice fasting experience although never done a long one. I am thin and very energetic and I want to see if juice fasting will help me to gain weight. Hey everybody out there reading, I am Jugo Verde hitting the keyboard from somewhere in Spain. I am about to switch to a 100% liquid nutrition this january 1st.
