I’ve never been particularly excited by the idea of juicearianism, but I’ve sort of had it up to here with dietaries per se - high-fruit? high-fat? Herbs - unnaturalor helpful? Water? Acid/alkaline? Oxalic acid - nightshades - cellulose - pollens and algae - blah blah blah - I’m discontent! I’ve been doing urine fasts and colon cleanses with noresults at all,and was perhaps ripe for conversion to something I could believe in again.
