You can do this Gwen. When you're feeling like it's impossible, head to the forums and read about how great people usually feel on day 3....and every day after that!!! You are giving your body a special gift by rejuvinating and starting pure, keep that in perspective. I hope your SWF's get easier for you. I would recommend trying the "shooting" way...seems logical. You're in my thoughts...vibes of strength are being sent your way.
