You are doing wonderful but it appears with some words you use like this is punishment. you need to look at it as a new healthy lifestyle and how proud you are going to feel when you look at yourself. And others saying "did you lose weight"! I give you alot of credit as I am a junk food eater and have a hard time putting anything nutricious in my mouth.
