Good you are sticking to it and feeling fine so far. If you can just make it through the first 3 days.... it will be easy from there out. I have done 2 10 day Master Cleanse Fasts and have had wonderful results both times. Lost 10 pounds both times also which stayed off for the most part.

Just to let you know..... you may be one of those people who can't tollerate the Salt water. I couldn't handle it and I know many others who couldn't take it either. I did it 4 times on my first fast last year and didn't even go there on my second fast which I just got off.
