Okay so this is really weird but I've been looking over my awaiting veggies and suddenly I'm not hungry anymore. Really, I'm planning and thinking of food but for the first time in three days my stomach isn't growling. It's as if knowing it is waiting there for me actually took some of the wanting away. This tells me this is all mental (or mostly anyway) so I have no reason to end my fast early.
What good news!
