Raiven.....I have to tell you that I am really watching how things go for you after your 30 day fast. As I have said, I am planning on making mine a 40 day program, so it is so helpful to have an idea of how to break this thing and what to expect moving forward. I like your idea of doing a juice day once a week....that makes perfect sense. I know a lot of raw foodists just do juice for their morning meal each day whenever possible......that makes sense as well. Anyway....keep us posted and try to stick around to keep us pumped up and motivated! We need your wise counsel.
