Hey, Bootzey! I'm black, too! (haha). Taboule can be made in a variety of ways, but it is based on parsley. The way I've made it is to chop up Italian parsley, scallions, tomato and cucumber and mix those together with olive oil and lime juice. I add soaked raw quinoa and chopped cilantro as well. I believe I add salt to taste, but I haven't made it in a while. Other people make it differently, so it really boils down to what flavors you like. I LOVE taboule and use it as a salad dressing quite often. But when I'm lazy I buy it from Whole Foods, which uses bulgar that is very likely cooked. Add This Message To Your CureZone Favorites!
