I died and went to heaven and learned that forgiveness is forgetting harm...It doesn't mean forgetting the act but taking the harm out of it... Forgiveness heals the forgiver while lack of forgiveness is like a cancer that grows until it consumes the whole body... Forgive others first and then forgive yourself....

The act of forgivening others is unfolding those butterfly wings and forgiving yourself is launching from the world of karma into arms of loving kindness(God).
