As for EFT, I've tried the techniques in the EFT Manuel in the past, and I have to say I didn't get the best results. Maybe I gave up on it a bit too early? Hearing of a another's success with it makes me think I should give it another try.

I'll definitely check into the Acid/Alkaline issue. I wasn't sure what to make of my recent urinanlysis results of 8.0. I know that can sometimes indicate an acid problem rather than an issue with alkalinity. I think I should get some testing strips and get a better idea of what's going on. I've started dry skin brushing, which I've heard can help. I look forward to looking at the posts on your blog. I can't tell you how much I'd like to get this itching behind me!
