just a word when i was doign my 30 day fast i was reconmended not to do the physillium husks. the reason given to me was they contain too much fiber and can trigger the digestive system.???????not srue if this is true but i didnt want to chance it. i used cascada segrad herbal lax's when i was fasting but wouldnt use them again they made me nauseas however others i know have great success with them. now i use oxypowder wheneve i fast and i have huge success. i did get soem of that stuff out you are talkng about when i didn my 30 day fast and i think twice since i have had BM's which are old stuff. it happened around day 20/21. if you are eliminating a lot each day then it will come out. nice conversation to have i know. i thought your colonics would do the trick though. we are all different and have to find what works for us. but great work and early congrats on 20 days. this is definately a great stage of the fast.
