hi,
you really should steam off the alcohol, especially during a fast. why subject your liver to that poison in the middle of trying to restore balance and heal? put the tincture drops in a glass and pour boiling hot water over, in about 3 minutes all of the alcohol will be gone. it doesn't take much water, but it is well worth the effort. don't actually boil the tincture, just pour the boiling hot water into the glass with it in.
i got some sorghum the other day and i really love that stuff! the flavor is just tremendous! but i also got some organic black strap mollases and it is much much less bitter than the non-organic bs mollases i had been using. i make an energizer tea out of hot water, a teaspoon of organic bs mollases and 1 or 2 teaspoons of aplle cider vinegar, with some liquid minerals added, it really pumps me up. the bs mollases is very high in minerals, much higher than the sorghum. i think the non-organic mollases tastes bad because the minerals are very concentrated, but so are the pesticides.
